Radio signal coming from inside the Milky Way

Astronomers have discovered a radio signal coming from inside the Milky Way, which raises speculation and pushes for more hypotheses. The signal is a very fast radio burst from far space, often identified in satellite data.
This is not the first time that a radio signal has been detected in the Milky Way space, but the new discovery adds more mystery to this phenomenon.
The first sign was discovered more than a decade ago, which prompted many theories to explain what happened, including the collision of two stars, for example, according to Sky News.
An international group of scientists intensified its research years ago to solve the mystery, and the cooperation led to the discovery of more radio signals in outer space.

These attempts are not the first of its kind, but rather, hunters of aliens are searching for signals emitted from other beings, if any, using the "VLA" telescope system in New Mexico. If aliens use an interstellar beacon to contact Earth, scientists will find them. Advanced life forms put a transmitter in the center of the galaxy and are developing technologies to discover signatures from technology, so they try to communicate with them.
